Album Review:

"The Hammer Of The Witch" is Natthammer's second album, consisting of 7 tracks of classic, old fashioned hard and heavy. The Worlock/Doro influence is obvious, but given a modern identity and plenty of personal elements from Natthammer, it distances it so as to prevent any comparison.

Throughout the album we hear great guitar riffs and solos, and exuberant drums, with stomps in an old fashioned hard and heavy pattern, played with a freshness that makes it a modern production that recalls the good classic hard rock/heavy metal of the 80s. Great performance by Fatima, who has a rich vocal range and a hoarse voice that makes her an ideal singer in this genre.

All 7 tracks are great with amazing cine feeling in music and vocal performance, listening to them you can imagine the video clip that could accompany them, especially "Queen Of Acid Skies", could become a soundtrack to a fiction film with an 80's feeling. Even the wonderful artwork of the cover takes you on this nostalgic musical journey of that era.

The album is very commercial, with modern quality production that makes it an ideal listen for all fans of classic heavy metal, and is a pleasant and continuous listen from start to finish."The Hammer Of The Witch" is an album mention to everyone's favorite old fashioned 80's hard rock/heavy metal.

Excellent!

Complete! 10/10

Short bio:
Fatima Natthammer (ex - Mandragora), decides to form her own project at the beginning of 2018, under the name of Natthammer oriented towards a hard rock / heavy metal style.
The first self-titled album was produced by Fátima Natthammer who worked with the musician César Gonzáles Salaverry (Mauser). It was recorded at LCR Studio, Peru with the participation of Cesar in the guitars and choris and session musicians invited in the bass and drums.
Likewise, in 2023, Natthammer published a cover of the song "Sin Ataduras" by the Violadores of Argentina, for the Peruvian compilation "We are the best because we are the worst".
That same year, the release of the singles "Evil Nightmare", "Guardian Of Light", "Steel Warrior" and, finally, "Don't Burn The Witch", songs from Natthammer's new album, began. The band shared the stage with bands like Visions (Colombia) and Condenados (Chile).
"The Hammer Of The Witch" contains 7 heavy metal songs inspired by the most traditional side of the genre.
The exclusive edition of this album will be available in 12” Vinyl format, on CD in Europe and Peru and on all digital platforms.
