Album Review:

A dive into the hard rock / hard 'n heavy of the 80s is the fourth album of KAISAS. Dedicated exclusively to women and all her qualities, from ancient times, as the album title indicates, to modern times, it consists of 11 songs and 2 instrumental tracks. In addition to the two permanent members of the band, Babis Kaisas who is the mastermind, composer, lyricist, guitarist and bassist and Fotis Nestor Canister who is the drummer, arranger and producer, a multitude of famous singers take part.

Elegy's Ian Parry lends his voice narratively to the choral instrumental intro "Ieria" and the monumental "Birmingham Lights" dedicated to the late Tony Mills and SHY.
Gordon MacIntosh (ex Crackerman) with his quirky voice gives it his best on "Sad Action", "Pretty Blonde" and "(She Is Just So) Heavy Metal" in collaboration with Kenny Rocks singer, Kenny Behnke-Gapp.

Paul Jackson (ex Roadhouse, ft Pete Willis of Def Leppard ), melodically rendering the hard rock classic "Instant Spark", Alan Kelly (Shy), passionately singing "Queen Of Passion" and rocking relentlessly on " Crazy", David Reece (ex Accept) amazingly performing the hard 'n heavy radio track "Glory And The Fame".

The lyrical voice of Leonel Silva (Mindfeeder) taking off the soulful hard rock ballad "By The Heart", Tomas B (Hats Off To Led Zeppelin – Best Tribute Act UK 2021) in a groovy mood telling his story on the radio track "Never Gonna Get Enuff ” and John Nickoloff (Nickoloff) passionately performing the also-radio melodious “Never Find Our Love”.
"Endless Heart" is a short Instrumental track with sound effects and cinematic text that defines the finale of the album but not the endless heart of a woman.

As a whole "Ieria" is a melodic hard rock album, with a lot of technical elements in the composition, with AOR radio tracks and sound effects that give it a Hollywood feel, which represents the old American hard rock of the 80s. Ideal for those who like to travel to the nostalgic moments of this old and beloved sound. Very nice music album, listen to it! 8/10
